Author forgot title attribute

Thanks for the kind words and the suggestion.

Most SEO experts have come to agree that the a title attribute, title=”…”, or link title has no effect on search engine rankings. Without any SEO value, the question is, would adding the attribute make a better user experience or increase click through rates? I think not, adding a link title attribute exactly the same as the link text is redundant and would not help users, search engine might even see it as spammy.
