Author image and more

Hi,

1. This plugin uses the standard get_avatar() function. Any plugin that gives you the option to use local avatars should work.

2. Not in an easy way. What you can do is copy this file:
https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/gwolle-gb/trunk/frontend/gwolle_gb-entry.php
to your theme folder. You can then edit that file to change the order.
I do advise against it, because things will change and you will have some work in keeping it updated.

3a. There is a filter that you can use for the form. Check this for some example code:
