Author Image doesn’t appear

    Hi there,

    The Authors Image doesn’t appear. I’m using the latest WP version as well as the latest plugin version.

    The Dev Tools shows me that the apct-testimonial-image class is showing source (unknown) for the images.

    How can this be resolved? Thanks!

    @shanehaden I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in and we apologise for late response.

    The issue might have been caused as our plugin couldn’t call a function in plugin to resize the image to thumbnail. Can you please deactivate other plugin and check if any of the plugin is causing the conflict or issue is resolved after deactivating the plugin and inform us so we could sort out the issue you are having.

    Also, if you were sending us the site url which caused the moderator reply to the support. You could send us the detail in here http://accesspressthemes.com/support and create ticket for the issue by registering.
