    Hi all,
First I have to say this is a great plugin. Works perfect for me.
I want to know, is it possible to have a differnt profile – 1 shows as admin for the website while number 2 shows for Blog articles written by same person? I would ideally like the public to know I’m the person writing the blog posts while I dont want them to know I admin the website.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    Thanks for reaching here.
I am not sure what you want. But if you want to hide author name them pass show_author=”false” parameter in your shortcode. This parameter hide author name.

    Thanks,
But this is not what I mean.
My Premium theme doest have a section for blogging.
So I installed this plugging so I can also Blog.

The normal post type in my theme I use as ‘advert posts’ , so when I create advert posts, it shows “Mysite Admin as the author.
Also when I use this plugin to create blog posts, it shows “Mysite Admin as the author.

But I want the blog posts to show “My Real Name” as the author while the Advert Posts still retains the “Mysite Admin as the author.

Hope you get it now ?

    Hello,

I guess author name is comes from user profile’s first name and last name. So please check your site admin’s first name and last name. For more support please contact to your theme provider they will assist you better way.
