    Author Progress Bar is primarily designed for authors and allows them to display the progress of their current writing project in a sidebar widget. Of course the plugin can be used for other projects too.

    * The widget displays:
    * Title Of Book
    * Book Cover Image
    * Author Name
    * Visual Progress Bar
    * Actual & Target Word-Count
    * Percentage Progress

    The progress bar gives readers a reason to return to the author’s blog to see progress and to get an dea when the next book is likely to be published.

    The discipline of posting an updated word-count on a daily basis is a great motivator and helps the author to keep his or her “butt in chair” writing the book.
