Author Url Not working

    One of our Author Page Urls seems to have become corrupted. The author’s page shows Nothing Found even though they have several posts assigned to them.

    The other author’s pages are working as expected. Changing the corrupted author’s url to any other string fixes the error.

    Any idea what might be happening here? Have tried refreshing permalinks and re-creating the author.
