Hi

I just noticed some cancelled payments for my order. The plugin is set to authorise only and when we ship the order a capture is made.

My issue is that we sell bespoke/custom size products which have a production time of up to three weeks.

Is it possible to extend the authorisation beyond the standard 7 days for Stripe?

Hello @jakemelson,

I found this article from Stripe to extend the authorisation, this feature is not included in the plugin at the time being.

There’s a feature request on the plugin’s page made by another user, you can vote with them and add your comment there.

You can also hire a WooExpert to help you figure out a custom solution.
