Authorize.net Description Empty

    Our WP Give form is connected to Authorize.net, and in the past, the title of the form passed through to Authorize.net so our business office could know where to deposit the funds.

    Last week, however, no information specific to the form is being picked up on the Authorize.net side. Instead of saying “Fundraiser X” vs “Fundraiser Y”, it says “Goods &a Services” on every donation.

    I haven’t found any documentation referring to this, nor any field to fill in on the form. Any help would be appreciated!

    I would suggest double-checking your settings in your Authorize.net account, and also make sure that you’ve updated to the latest version of Give and that any/all “Updates” have been completed in the “Donations > Updates” screen.
