Authors can not insert HTML code

I have an isue so i can resolve that. Please help me!

• Author can not insert HTML code. Normaly, Author can insert HTMT when they choose TEXT tab, so, today, when they insert HTML code and save, the post is blank. Admin and Editor maybe insert and publish HTML code.
• Can not automatic show youtube or dailymotion video when paste its link. It only show external link.
