Authors cannot see JetPack Stats

    In the Jetpack Traffic Settings, I turned “ON” the ability for editors and authors to see the JetPack stats, but they are saying they cannot see them. How can this be fixed?

    What type of error are they seeing besides the stats? Is the Jetpack > Site Stats section of the Dashboard visible to them at all?
