Authors posting images

    Hi – this is going to come up before long for me.
    Whats the best way to allow an author to “post” or add an image in a Post or Article. This isnt for a gallery – lets say the author is sending an info article that has images. Whats the way to handle FTP of the image or is there a plugin or something??

    If you want to enable the Upload feature and allow them to upload to your space, then they will need to be Level 6 at least. So of course, you would have to make sure that you would want them to be able to do all of the other Level 6 stuff. I don’t know if there is any way to override that. I guess otherwise they would have to use their own space for images and link to it?

    Ok, related to what I posted above, I just noticed that the Options/Miscellaneous page has a place that says Minimum Level to Upload. Does that then override the Level 6 that shows required in the User Levels, or what is that for?
