Auto approval

Hi there,

We’re an organic food coop and the plugin is doing 95% of the work we need it to – fantastic! Thanks.

There’s a couple of things still on the wishlist that I haven’t been able to work out if it’s possible to:

1) Remove the pending status – straight to approved?
2) Output the list of bookings for the next week on the frontend or with a dashboard widget?
