Auto comment bug

    While modifying post in admin panel, somehow wordpress create automatically itself a comment. Author of comment is the TITLE OF POST!! and comment is random text of post.

    Is it bug or virus? How can I track down the reason of what’s happening?

    please share URL for your website to help volunteers on the forum provide guidance.
    do you have any plugins activated that are controlling comments?

    There’s no point in sharing. You can only notice the bug in admin panel.
    Plugins: Google XML Sitemaps, Post Types Order, Yoast SEO.
