    Hi,

Sometimes when orders are placed they are not automatically set to “Complete” but instead stay in “Processing” which makes users unable to enroll into their course they bought. This leads to me having to manually set their orders to “Complete” after which they get access to the course but that beats the whole purpose of this.

I have enabled “Virtual” and “For Tutor” under every product according to instructions.

    Please fix this.

  • Hello @backo,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To resolve this, please enable Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders by following these steps:

    • Go to your WordPress Dashboard
    • Navigate to Tutor LMS > Settings > Monetization > WooCommerce
    • Enable Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders

This should ensure that orders are automatically marked as Complete and allow users to enroll in their courses.

Naturally, that has been enabled since beginning…that’s why I report this and have said that some orders get set as “Complete” while some fail to do so and remain in “Processing”

    Hello @backo,

    Thank you for the clarification.

Could you please confirm which payment methods you have enabled in WooCommerce?

I’m using WooPayments. GooglePay, ApplePay and classic card payment

    Hello @backo,

Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders feature is working as expected on my end. The issue you’re experiencing could be caused by a plugin conflict. Sometimes, certain payment gateways do not automatically mark virtual products as Complete.
