Auto Delete Cache

Hi,
Is there a way to auto-delete the cache? Say every 24 hours or 48 hours. I have been getting cache size warning emails every 18-24 hours.
I understand unchecking inline JS can help address the cache oversize problem but was hoping to check if there’s a feature to auto-delete cache at regular intervals?

That did the trick and it didn’t lower my GTmetrix score at all! It did lower my Google PageSpeed score a little but I was never able to get that perfect anyways.
The Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content is a new recommendation. Should I just ignore that?
