Another plugin may edit the wp crons so it may be deleted. I recommend you to set a cronjob as below.

ok, thanks. I set it up and will see how it works!
Hi again,
Unfortunately the cronjob doesn’t do the job. I even run the url cronjob manualy several times (and got a “done” response). The form still didn’t work. Only after I manually delete cache in the backend (using the wp fastest cache shortcut on the wp top bar) – it is again working properly.
Any idea?
can you tell me the url where the form exists please?
sure – https://www.annaschmutte.com/ all languages, both via the cta buttons (on all pages) or via the form on the contact pages
This wonยดt help as the CTA with a contact form exists twice on every page…
I found something no the WPforms support about possible conflict with different cache plugins. So I excluded (in the fastest cache settings) the WPforms js file. Will see if it will help.
Why wasn’t the cronjob really working?
Why wasnโt the cronjob really working?
it must work if you add successfully.
I sent you a sample of the url. Was something not correct about it?
can you take a screenshot of the cronjob rule please?
how can I attach an image here? Isn’t it public?
