    Hi team, recently, plugin is getting disconnected from Instagram automatically. I already tried logging 3-4 times. After few hours, it gets disconnected. It directly shows message in dashboard:
    No Instagram accounts connected. Click the button above to connect an account.

    Please Help.

    2. Can we connected 1 Instagram page to 2 different sites by installing plugin to each site?

    Hey @akiraanastasia,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We identified an issue in plugin version 2.9.9, and we fixed this in the 2.9.10 update. Please update the plugin to the latest version, and if necessary, reconnect the account one more time. After this, the account should stay connected. The reason for the disconnection is due to a function in the plugin requiring that we purge all platform data if a connection is unused for a set amount of time. This function was triggered incorrectly.

    As for your second question, yes, you can connect the same Instagram account on multiple websites, just go through the normal connection process.
