Can you provide a URL where I can examine the issue on a live site? It is difficult to guess what might be happening.

I just checked my pages and found out that this issue only happens in the “latest posts” block when I select “show excerpt”.
“show excerpt” – I would see “Emailxxx”
“show full post” – I would see “xxx”
I also want to clarify that your “auto-display content” works very well on the post itself.
So to me “latest posts block” + “show excerpt” might cause an unexpected result. Please see the test URLs and advise.

Yeah that explains it. The Auto-Display settings work with post content only, it does not apply to shortcodes or individual blocks.

So does it sound weird to you that the block is able to excerpt any auto-display content? then to disregard the HTML code and concatenate the plain text?
Or maybe the auto-display content should not be accessible at all for block excerpts?

No, what is happening is that USP is adding the auto-display markup to the beginning of the post content. Then immediately after the auto-display markup is whatever you have set for the post content. The reverse happens if you choose to display images *after* the post content.

The auto-display content is added either before or after the post content. In your case, the post content includes excerpt which removes all markup. So what you have happening is the image markup is displayed first, then the text from the post excerpt.
