Hi Andreza!
Much appreciate the kind words! In regards to your questions:
1) It seems you have found a snafu in our code that’s not triggering it correctly based on what I’m seeing for your account. We’ll work on addressing this asap and respond here upon completion. Hang tight! The good news is you’re setup properly on your end…
2) When users initiate a chat with you, you are able to view their information in the Customer Inbox within Formilla.com. You’ll see chat sessions and offline email submissions in the inbox where you can choose the corresponding chat or email and then navigate to the 2nd tab “User Information” for information like the user’s browser, operating system, resolution, and IP address. Also, we allow you to send custom variables to Formilla (system to system) and they too would display in the same user info tab if they were provided as Custom Field 1, Custom Field 2, and Custom Field 3.
Hope this helps answer your questions. We’ll be in touch soon, thank you for your support!
Zack
Formilla.com support
Hi Andreza,
Just wanted to let you know we’ve resolved the issue in #1 above. The “auto display” should now work, so give it a whirl and let us know if you have any trouble.
One thing to note: If you see the auto pop-up one time, it won’t pop-up again during the same session for the same user constantly. You can re-test how it works by opening a new browser session or closing and re-opening your browser…
[email protected] if you need anything.

Woooow, the support here is wonderful.
Thank you very much for your attention.
I’ll test π
Hi,
I downloaded the plugin and tried again. I noticied that it works fine on the Firefox and Internet Explorer. However, the auto display does not work on the Chrome π
Hi there,
We can’t reproduce the issue on Chrome — it seems to be working fine across the browsers.
Let’s take this offline and work closer for your details. Mind submitting your browser version and site URL via our email us button or at [email protected]? I can try it against your site if it’s public facing and see if it works over Chrome.
Thanks much!
