I also have this issue with auto draft and also saved but unpublished drafts.

If you look in 2013 I have 4 posts that are listed.
Jun-30-2013 – Once A Year…
Jul-14-2013 – Auto Draft
Jul-15-2013 – Inspiring Tweets
Jul-16-2013 – Test Draft
I just created the Test draft post and saved the draft and it immediately showed up in the archives.
I have even deleted the other drafts but they are still showing up in the archives. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin but they still show up.
I would appreciate any help you can give to figure out how to fix this. Thanks.

There it is, sorry for the language. But i guess you can see: at the latest 2013 posts in July the problem started appear.
I tried to manually remove the revisions with a Better Delete Revision plugin, but in your plugin, it revisions are still visible.
