Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes, it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Thank You for your fast replay. i had checked you instruction as above. the issues reproducing while default theme (twenty twenty) and rank math active. if i deactivate rank math post stop to move draft. post automatically moved to draft if rank math active only. Kindly check and fix issues. i am unable to attached screenshot

Can you please use a Software like Loom to record a screencast and show us the steps you took to troubleshoot/reproduce so we can check further?
Also, please do confirm if all your plugins and themes are using the latest version.

We are unable to reproduce the error you are mentioning.
Please check this screencast where I’m showing you how the plugin is working perfectly fine with only the Rank Math plugin and the default WordPress theme:

Can you please record a screencast (you can use Loom) to show if your website has only Rank Math activated and still the issue’s occurring?
