its Automated Email. After user sign up to form, Some user are getting mail and some are not getting it.

Could you please try to install a Mail log plugin and when you don’t receive the email check the mail log plugin to confirm if it was triggered by WordPress?

I didn’t understand what to do. Only automated email are not seding mail to people who signed up.

Please install the following plugin:

and submit the form until you replicate some error in outgoing emails. This plugin creates a log for every outgoing email, so you will get more information for the failed ones. Please share these here with us. 🙂

Well now i am using sendinblue integration and i have managed all setup for email in sendinblue. I just want to use popup from hustle not the email process. Is it possible ?

I suppose you meant the SMTP for your website is now configured for Sendinblue? Then Hustle by default will be using the SMTP configuration you have configured for the website.
The plugin only follows the email settings of the website, and it doesn’t have any specific settings for emails. If you are using the SMTP settings from Sendinblue configured for the WordPress site, the emails from the plugin will work based on that.
Hustle also offers integration with Sendinblue, you can check the following documentation in case it helps:
