How can i hide the login button that i create in menubar and auto show the logout link when a user is login?

You can use a menu item with type PHP. The step by step instructions are in http://dontdream.it/menubar/the-menubar-php-type/ point 1), you only need to copy and paste the provided code in your menu edit page.
