Love this auto-import option with Google Sheets. However, help me. The update captures the top row in Google Sheets which is A, B, C, D, etc. and not my “Top Row”. If I delete it in TablePress and along with first column which is same, 1, 2, 3, etc, it looks great, until next import and it is right back like it was. Is there anyway to import data only and leave integrity of table alone as far as with columns or rows that are visible? I have looked through as many FAQ’s as possible without finding a solution.

    Thanks in advance!

Figured it out, need to hide the columns and rows. Feel like such an idiot. Maybe it is too late and I am hungry…..

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, you could either hide these columns/rows, or use the CSV export URL for your Google Sheet (which is what I actually recommend). This should not contain those extra row/column.

Tobias, is there a way to have charts link to the data once synced?

    Hi,

what do you mean with “charts”? There is something for drawn charts by another developer, at https://github.com/soderlind/tablepress_chartist. However, I have heard that it’s no longer maintained and might not work anymore.

    Regards,
    Tobias
