Auto insert not working in v2

    I just tried to switch to v2 again. But i am still facing the issue that the toc will not be insert in the blogpost

    Autoinsert after first paragraph and in posts in active.

    In V1 everthing is working great!

    Also i see in htlm code that the headings gets some code from WPJOLI.

    You guys have any tips on that?

    I switched back to v1 again but i can activate v2 again if that helps. Or do you have any common error i could follow up ?

    I would be happy to help you sort this out.

    It would be great indeed if you could reactivate v2 to see what’s going on. Also, could you export your v2 settings and send the file to [email protected]

    Could you try auto insert before the content see if it makes any difference ?

    The class added in the headings are used in V2 for smooth scroll & detection of active heading. It will not affect the way your html page behaves, and it should not be a concern.

    If you are using a cache plugin or any kind of optimiziation plugin, make sure to clear the cache after saving Joli TOC’s settings.

    In case you have a plugin conflict, maybe you can also try to increase Joli TOC’s priority by using this filter and setting it to a very high number like 100000.

    At last, you can check your wordpress / PHP error log and see if anything strange comes up.

    hey before the content did not work. But i found a way to get it working.

    I made a reset of the joli settings in V2 and put everything back in like it was in v1 and now it is working. Guess some setting didn’t transfer to well from v1 to v2. I forgot to export the setting before.. so i will not be able to send you my setting sorry. But a reset of the settings definitely helps if someone is facing the problem 😉

    Hi thank you for letting me know.

    The V1 to V2 transfer feature has not been tested with the latest updates. It was meant to work when the V2 launched a year ago. It is possible that something went wrong, but anyways, glad that you could figure this out !

    Your solution to reset the settings will probably help other users.
