Auto load excel file on server

I’m sure this has been mentioned somewhere but i’ve tried going through the documentation, faq and forum but haven’t found what I’m looking for. Basically I want a table to be shown on my website that shows a list of items that I have available for sale, with an e-mail link to inquire. I’ve already got that down but I’m looking for an easy way to always update this and I’m wondering if there’s a way to host an excel file and have your plugin always load the data in that, as long as I update it. Is this possible?
