auto <br/> and hyperlinking

    Hi, If my users put multiple urls in text format without
    or
    tags i want to put auto
    or
    tags between urls in single post pages, and i want to turn text urls into hyperlinks if it’s possible.

    How can i do that? With CSS?

    I’m a beginner so please help me with the codes. Thank you.
