First answer, add his IP to the Comment Blacklist.
Second answer, select “An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below)” in Options/Discussions.
what and where is this blacklist of which you speak and how speficis is it with regards to I.P. address. I asked because the person seems to be on my own network (which is pretty huge) so i wouldnt want to block the entire network since most of the persons who post do so from within this network.
The Blacklist is found in the Options/Discussion panel of WordPress v1.5. Entering an IP address into the Blacklist would automatically delete all comments posted from that IP.
