You can use our Popup Shortcode as explained in this doc to get the popup to load where you want and simply setup the Auto Open Trigger in the Popup Editor.
While your method should work just fine, we offer a Condition in our Advanced Targeting Conditions Extension that allows you to only load popups based on screen size.
You can check out all of these Conditions in our Advanced Targeting Conditions Docs.
Hope that helps!

Thank you for the reply. Sorry but I dont get it. When I design a popup and set it to auto-trigger it opens always. When I use the Editor to generate a shortcut, it just wont open. Nothing pops up:
[popup id=”Display_too_small” theme_id=”16192″ size=”xlarge” width=”100″ width_unit=”%” height=”400″ height_unit=”px” location=”center ” position_top=”0″ position_bottom=”0″ position_left=”0″ position_right=”0″ animation_type=”fade” animation_speed=”350″ animation_origin=”center top” overlay_click=”1″][/popup]

Popup IDs in the shortcode use “-” not “_”. Replacing the underscore in your shortcode with a hyphen should fix the issue.
Hope that helps!
