Auto-open only once

Hi.

I’d like to open inline-content in a fancybox only once and not every time the page is opened or reloaded.
I tried to implement this http://jsfiddle.net/aVE9N/
but because I’m less good in JS and JQuery… can anyone help?

The user should get an fancybox the first time he comes on my page and not a second time the same day or next hours…
