I would like to some clarification.

If we were to manually create a new order for a customer who have previously something via Stripe transaction, is it possible to automatically trigger the Stripe transaction again by changing the status to “Processing” or “Complete”.

If not possible, are there any add on plugins that will allow us to do so?

The auto deduction is NOT a fixed recurring subscription.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @isgn,

If I understand this correctly, you want to bill a user who’s purchased a product from you already again automatically.

Stripe does allow you to charge your customers automatically if they have a payment method on file: https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/automatic-charging?dashboard-or-api=api

That said it’s usually for subscriptions, memberships or if you have some sort of an order now pay later product, not the way you’re describing it where you can auto deduct a charge manually.

Also, changing the order status won’t re-trigger the payment. 🙂

You might want to check with Stripe about this, here’s their contact form: https://support.stripe.com/

    Hope this help!
