Auto post from local folder / files

    Hello, after a long online searching I am stuck here.

    Is there any way for auto posts from local folder / files . For example I have to post a bunch of new posts (I have 200 folders with differnt names) and in those folders I have 4 pictures that needs to be inserted in the galleries . I need to do this maybe four times in a month so it takes too much time for this doing manualy .
    I need to insert only one line in the title with the exactly folders name and one line with the gallery in the post body .
    It is any way to do this with a plugin or a hack ?
