Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
May I ask you if you received any notifications in Blog2Social?
If your content was not posted, it would be helpful if you could send me a screenshot of your notification details so I am able to look further into this for you.
You will find notification details if you follow this path in your Blog2Social dashboard in WordPress:
“Site & Blog Content” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”
In addition, there are two different sets of settings in the auto-poster, one for your own original WordPress blog posts and one for imported posts (imported RSS feeds or posts you create / import with another plugin).
May I ask you if you want to auto-post your own original WordPress posts or if you are using other plugins to import or create posts that you want to auto-post?
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?

Please let me know if it works for you afterwards or if you have further questions.
Hi thanks for the feedback. Let me give some more feedback on what is going on.
1. I have added a facebook page and a business instagram page to my blog2social default profile;
2. I turned auto-poster on for this profile (new posts only, posts);
3. I created a new scheduled test post in the backend of WP. I enabled auto-posting, selected the default profile and immediately after posting in the blog2social post sidebar options.
4. I scheduled the post and it shows as scheduled in my wordpress post list;
5. However, before the blog scheduling time, under blog2social notifications, it reads “1 shared social media posts” for that post. Under details it gives a warning for facebook “Your blog post was not available for the network at the time of publishing.”
6. Accordingly, the post shows up on instagram and not on facebook. Notice that this happens BEFORE the post scheduled time;
7. At the scheduled time, the post got published in my blog but it was not reposted on instagram nor posted on facebook.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply and thanks for this feedback.
It appears that this issue might be caused by a specific setting of your WordPress installation. However, rest assured, we will help you to detect and solve this.
The notification “Your blog post was not available for the network at the time of publishing.” might indicate that your WordPress website is missing a system requirement of Blog2Social which is required by the plugin in order to work as intended. It is also possible that your WordPress environment is lacking in server compatibility which leads to a server-sided timeout if the content is not shared/loaded fast enough.
In some cases, this behavior is a result of external WordPress optimization/security plugin settings by limiting the Blog2Social plugin requests that are performed in the WordPress environment. Please make sure that no external third-party plugin is blocking or limiting automatic functionality as well as external requests that are trying to access your website.
Would you please be so kind as to provide us with the generated troubleshooting-tool .txt file so I could look further into this for you?
You will find the Troubleshooting-Tool by following this path:
Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Help & Support -> Troubleshooting-Tool
It would be awesome if you also could include a screenshot showing the error notification overview if you are facing any conflict notifications and also please attach a screenshot showing your Auto-Post configuration.
You can provide us with the requested files via email to “[email protected]” in order to protect your privacy.
I am looking forward to your reply by email.
