Auto-posting to Google

I have my WordPress website set up so that when I post anything on my website ‘blog page it is also posted to my Google+ business page & Facebook business page.
The problem is, when it appears on my Google+ page it is posted as ‘Shared only with me’ or similar. Is it possible to set it so that any posts from my WordPress website ‘blog are posted on Google+ as ‘Shared publicly’ or, better still, can I set how each post appears from my website ‘blog on my Google+ page on a case-by-case basis, when I create the ‘blog post on my website?
As it stands, I have to ‘Copy’ the text on the Google+ post, then delete that post & re-post it manually to Google+, setting it as ‘Shared publicly’ which defeats the object of auto-posting from WordPress to Google+!
