Auto-push of published posts

It would be great to have a push created whenever a Post is published. Jetpack has the Publicize feature, which will push a custom message to facebook & twitter along with the Post details. I want to do the same for parse.com – I fill in a box on my Post, and when the Post is published (either by me clicking Publish or by a Scheduled post reaching it’s Publish time) then a Push is sent containing the Post title, the content of my custom message box (with a char counter of 199 to make sure it displays correctly on all devices) and the URL of my Post.
If you’re able to extend the Jetpack feature for Publicize (which contains all the above, but is missing a checkbox for Parse.com), so much the better – then I can send out my Post across all my media in an automated way, all scheduled in advance and consistent.
