Auto Redirect

Previously this page was https://www.synergex.com/rev11 I made an edit to this page to change its parent and for some reason that changed the url to https://www.synergex.com/products/synergy-de-rev11-licensing-faq.

Now I went back in to change to change it back to the previous URL but because of that change I didn’t notice in the first place there was an automatic 301 redirect put in. I can’t find it in the list of redirects, but I need to remove it so I can do back to the previous URL. If I change the URL back it still tries to redirect to the longer one and will just give a 404 error.

Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?
