Hi @victah
If you have the plugin activated, Auto Register, then go to the main Dashboard> Plugins page and deactivate it from there.
Under Downloads > Settings > Payments > Checkout there are settings that control what fields show on the checkout page for the user such as login or registration form.
When Auto Register is enabled the Register Form will not be an option as the account is created for the customer automatically.

No, I don’t have Auto Register in my Plugin page. If I go to Settings -> Payments -> Require Login it tells me: “Because Auto Register is active, this setting does not apply. Guest customers will automatically have an account created during checkout.”. As i said I don’t have that plugin installed and whenever a customer buys my product it creates an account.
How can I disable it?
Please go to the main WordPress Plugins page in the admin area. You should have the EDD Auto Register plugin listed as active there. The message in the EDD settings states that the Auto Register plugin is active.
