Auto scroll issue

    Thanks for the great plugin.
    However, there is a slight issue with the auto scroll functionality.
    It only scrolls upto the point where the content starts. How to make it scroll upto the top of the page.
    What I mean is whenever user clicks the ‘next’ page, the new page must open with scoll bar on the topmost position.

    I think me should give this option on settings page so you can select that where should it go on scroll top. What you say?

    Yes, even after selecting that option from settings, scroll bar still not on topmost position…something like this i mean : http://prntscr.com/aoqull

    Please look into this issue.

    You are not getting my point. I am asking that what if i add a feature to scroll the page position to topmost. This feature is not in this plugin and i am thinking to add it. You are pointing it as an issue.

    This issue is fixed in recent release, please try and give your feedback.
