Auto Scrolling to Each section(Page)

Hi, I’m new to wordpress and I’m looking for a way when scrolling the site, It will auto slide to the next section. I’ve already set it up with the menu to scroll to each section when clicking a menu link. Here is a link to my site

This example http://html5up.net/highlights is not exactly what I’m looking for but only thing I could find that has a similar effect, though I have seen it on many wordpress sites. Looking at the site you will notice the arrows pointing down and when clicked it scrolls to the next section. I’m looking for this effect but when scrolling the page, not a click action.

Also I do apologize if this is the wrong section. I figured it would be under a plugin
