Auto Subscribe to Forums not working

The feature that automatically subscribes people to selected forums is not working. 🙁 New users are not subscribed, and I have to manually subscribe them…which was one of the main reasons I’m using your plugin. This is on a private site/forum for an organization so I can’t share it here…
It WAS working previously. I’m puzzled…
