I have 75 registered subscribers who i hoped would receive blogupdates. I subscribed them via admin, manually. But unfortunately they don’t receive any update.

When i went through Subscribe2 settings > Registered Users i found this option Auto-subscribe new users. It was on NO, so i switched it to Automatically.

Then i manually added a new subscriber in the admin section and VOILA, this new user also received the update.

Question. Is there a way that i can confirm my 75 users?

  • @rob,

There certainly is – find your way to the Subscribe2->Subscriber menu and then the Registered Subscribers tab. Down that the bottom of this page is a “Bulk Management” section. In there you need to ‘subscribe’ to all categories and then Bulk Update. You can also bulk change the email type for registered subscribers too. Bear in mind that this page does not indicate current settings can reverts to initial page load state after applying changes.

Thank you MattyRob, that did the trick. I wasn’t sure what that option would do, since after submitting they switch back to the default setting.
    But it’s all working now.
