Ah I see which tags you mean. As far as I know, there is no way to pull these tags from Google search into a post on your site. These types of tags are generated on Google’s side, only for use in Google search. You would need to curate your own list of tags for each of your posts yourself.
To help create your tags, the plugins you’ve already mentioned sound like a great starting point to automatically tag your content.
