Auto Update 3.8.1 failed

    This is the error I got. It is my third update and the first problem.

    “Could not copy file.: wp-admin/css/colors/blue/colors.css

    Installation Failed”

    After that every link give a “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_initial_constants() in /home/action/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 33”
