Auto update error message

I upgraded the Ten Twenty theme and first attempted to do via the auto update process, then realized I had set security levels that prohibited that, so I let the process complete and then manually upgraded the theme.

Now however I have an error message that won’t go away. The error message can be viewed as an image at http://www.johnstons.cc/wp-content/images/7_29_2010.png

You’ll notice that everything is current for updates, yet I’m asked to attempt the update again.

How do I remove this error message ?

PS: should add that I ran the Core Control and it didn’t resolve the issue.
