auto update facebook without clearing cache

    last I could find here it looks like the plugin updates from facebook every 5 days.
    Is that correct? I understand this is due to facebook API calls limitation, but urgh. 5 days is like a month in internet time. 😉

    Also: last post on my site is from June. Posts in July not showing. This looks like there is no auto-update at all making this plugin useless for my purposes. Am I wrong?

    Hope you are doing good 🙂

    Yes, there is no option available for auto-update due to API calls limitation, and the default is set for 5 days, but you can also set the cache time frame from the shortcode by using the following shortcode parameters it will refresh after each hour.

    cache_unit="1" cache_duration="hours"
