Auto Updater – Broken backpage

    ISSUE: The site is broken because Woo auto updates are being turned on. I can turn them off in the domain File Tools but I need to reverse the auto updates. The front end looks fine but everything in the back is inaccessible

    Could you explain better your issue? Give us more detail. I couldn’t get what you mean when you wrote: “back is inaccessible”.

    Don’t you have access to the WP admin dashboard anymore? Is that it?

    I apologize, the back end is inaccessible. The front end looks fine. I do not have access to that or any tabs.

    But do you have FTP access to your site, right? If so, that way you could manually edit your files.

    FTP was never set up which is weird. I will try setting it up right now.

    What exactly does inaccessible mean? Do you see an error message, and if so, which one? Or do you only see the HTML code without styling?
