    Here’s my problem:

he Wordfence Web Application Firewall is designed to run via a PHP ini setting called auto_prepend_file in order to ensure it runs before any potentially vulnerable code runs. This PHP setting is currently in use, and is including this file:

    /usr/local/libexec/loopia/mailwrapper-php/mailwrapper-php-envs.php

If you don’t recognize this file, please contact us on the WordPress support forums before proceeding.
    any suggestions? may I proceed?

    Hi,

I don’t find many references to that file, but this one suggests that it may be something your host has set up:

I would recommend asking the host if that file is expected, just to be certain — if the host confirms that it is normal, it is ok to let Wordfence include it.
