Autoenroll – Closed Course

    Hi!
    I wonder if there is any way to automate enrollment in a closed course. The course must be closed because we use the Woocommerce platform to make the purchase, and I already have the LearnDash plugin for Woocommerce installed but I don’t know if something else really needs to be activated. Since if I leave the course in another option that is not as a closed course, it does not lead to the shopping cart.
    Isn’t there a way to change the enrollment for this type of course to automatic? Right now, we can only do it manually by confirming your username by admin in the WordPress dashboard.

    Hi!
    I still don’t know why … But thanks to the LearnDash Facebook group I was able to find out that it only affects that particular course.

    Just a note that we are not affiliated with LearnDash and this forum is for support of Uncanny Owl’s free Toolkit plugin.

    Having said that, check a few things: confirm the order status is completed, confirm the product type is Course and that you have selected one or more LearnDash courses, make sure guest checkout is disabled, etc. If you still have trouble tracing it you can reach out to the LearnDash support team at LearnDash.com.
