Autofocus: move image section up, add posts

Hi, I’d like to set the image section of my website to start much higher up – just below the id=”blog-title” section but can’t see where to change that in the CSS. Any ideas?

I’d also like to set up a blog within the site, and have posts automatically appear on one page called ‘Blog’ – could anyone tell me how / where to do that?
