Autoloaded Option Cannot Be Removed

I try to remove an autoloaded option that causes problem to the performance of my site. It is removed for a some minutes and then it appears again. Even if I delete the option. May it be due to some plugin conflict? Is that autoloaded option so important that the site cannot remove it from its files? Can you help?
